Eins Edutech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 June 2015, inter alia, has transect the following matters:1. Accepted the resignation of Mukesh Mittal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
2. Appointed Pramod Kumar Gupta as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company in Place of Mukesh Mittal.
