PAE allots preference shares

On 26 September 2014

PAE announced that pursuant to approval of Members of the Company at 64th Annual General Meeting, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Company vide its circular resolution passed on 26 September 2014 has allotted 9,00,000 11% optionally, Convertible, Cumulative, Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the allottees.
