Kopran to hold board meeting

Kopran will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 September 2014 to consider issue of Equity Shares and/ or Warrants on Preferential basis to Promoter Group, & to consider Slump Sales of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) business to its Subsidiary Company, Kopran Research Laboratories Limited.
