Pearl Polymers repays credit facility availed from HSIIDC

Announces cessation of nominee director

PEARL Polymers announced that the Company has repaid the entire credit facility granted by Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) and as on date, no charge of HSIIDC exists on the assets of the Company.

Accordingly, Mahavir Singh ceased to be a Nominee Director of the Company with immediate effect.
