Outcome of board meeting of Rasoya Proteins

Rasoya Proteins announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 September 2014, transacted the following business:

1. Approved the appointment of Manik Anil Lonkar as a Woman Director pursuant to section 149(1) and 152 of the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Constituted a Risk Management Committee pursuant to SEBI Circular April 17, 2014 and amended clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
