PNB Gilts announces resignation of director

With effect from 27 October 2014

PNB Gilts announced that K. R. Kamath has informed that consequent upon his completing the tenure of five years, he has demitted the office of Chairman & Managing Director of Punjab National Bank on 27 October 2014, Accordingly, he has tendered his resignation from Directorship/Chairmanship of the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 27 October 2014.
