Board of CMI FPE appoints chairman

At meeting held on 29 October 2014

CMI FPE announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 October 2014, has appointed Jean Jouet as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Jean Jouet is the Chief Development Officer of CMI SA, the holding company and also the President of CMI Industry, CMI SA.

Further the Board at the said Meeting also appointed Roma Balwani as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company for a term of five years with effect from 29 October 2014, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
