Prism Johnson announced that India Ratings and Research has upgraded the Credit Rating of Long-term facilities from 'IND A-/Stable' to 'IND A/Stable' as under -

Non Convertible Debentures - IND A/Stable (upgraded)
Term loans - IND A/Stable (upgraded)
Fund based limits - IND A/Stable (upgraded)
Non fund based working capital limits - IND A1 (affirmed)
Term deposit programme - IND tA+/Stable (upgraded)
Unsecured short term loans - IND A1 (affirmed)
Commercial paper programme - IND A1 (affirmed)
