Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care announces change in MD

With effect from 31 August 2018

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care announced that Rajwani, Managing Director of the Company will be retiring from the organization effective 31 August 2018, after 37 years of service with Procter & Gamble.

Madhusudan Gopalan will be succeeding Al Rajwani and is proposed to be appointed as the Managing Director of the Company, subject to approval of the Board of Directors of the Company.
