Board of Narendra Investments (Delhi) allots 8 lakh shares on preferential basis

At meeting held on 21 February 2018

The Board of Narendra Investments (Delhi) at its meeting held on 21 February 2018 has allotted 8,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- per share on preferential basis to non-promoters of the Company at a price of Rs. 25/- per share including share premium of Rs. 15/- per share as per the shareholder's approval in the EGM held on 3 February, 2018 and in-principal approval from stock exchange.
