Punjab Communications announces change in directorate

With effect from 13 May 2015

Punjab Communications announced that D. P. Reddy, IAS has relinquished the charge of the post of Chairman of our Company w.e.f. 13 May 2015 and in his place Anirudh Tewari, IAS has been nominated & appointed as Chairman on the Board w.e.f. 13 May 2015 by the Company's holding company as per Article 158 of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company and vide its letter dated 13 May 2015.
