GlaxoSmithKline Pharma announced that :1. Simon Harford, Non-Executive Director will retire from service on 18 May 2015 and will cease to be a Director of the Company from 18 May 2015.
2. The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 18 May 2015 has appointed Regis Simard as the Non-Executive Director of the Company from 18 May 2015.
