R Systems International will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 August 2015, to consider and approve the audited standalone financial results and the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 June 2015, & to consider and approve the declaration of second interim dividend, if any, for the year 2015.
