Board of Frontline Securities approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 29 July 2015

Frontline Securities announced that Ekta Karwa, who resigned from the position of Whole Time Company Secretary, her resignation has been accepted in the Board Meeting of the Company held on 29 July 2015. Her effective date of resignation is 29 July 2015.

Further, Yatandra Singh Pal has been appointed as Key Managerial Personnel, at the designation of Whole Time Company Secretary and his appointment was approved in the Board Meeting of the Company held on 29 July 2015. His effective date of appointment in the Company is 29 July 2015.
