Ravileela Granites to postpone board meeting

Ravileela Granites announced that the board meeting of the company scheduled to be held on 13 December 2013 is postponed on 20 December 2013 to consider the reduction of paid up capital to Rs 4,06,67,600 comprising of 40,86,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each against accumulated capital losses and allotment of 65,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each upon conversion of unsecured loan into equity.
