Tech Mahindra resolution for allotment of equity shares

Tech Mahindra announced in the resolution passed by the securities allotment committee of directors on 11 December 2013 for allotment of 66279 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company to the applicants as under: - 7180 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000. - 3175 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006. - 20834 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010. - 34559 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013. - 531 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSUs.
