Silver Spark Apparel to acquire Robot Systems, subsidiary of Gokaldas Exports

Raymond announced that one of the Company's unlisted wholly owned subsidiary Company, Silver Spark Apparel has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Gokaldas Exports, Robot Systems and Gautam Chakravarti for acquisition of entire shareholding in Robot Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gokaldas Exports.

The said transaction will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement(s) entered into by the parties.
