Bharat Hotels announces cessation of compliance officer

With effect from 11 March 2015

Bharat Hotels announced that B. Chandra Sekhara Reddy, Compliance Officer has ceased to act as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 11 March 2015.

Further, that Madhav Sikka, Chief Financial Officer of the Company will act as Compliance Officer of the Company.
