Reliance Communications announced that the that Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay on 27 October 2016 sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Reliance Telecom (RTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for demerger of Telecom Undertaking consisting of 5 License Service Area of RTL into the Company (Scheme).Powered by Capital Market - Live News
