With effect from 27 October 2016
JHS Svendgaard Laboratories announced that :1. Dhiraj Kumar Jha, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company has resigned from the office as such with effect from 22 October 2016 which was approved by the Board at its meeting held on 27 October 2016.
2. Further, Piyush Goenka, Nominee Director of the Company has resigned from the Board on 18 October 2016. Board took note of the same and accepted the resignation,
3. Deepshikha Tomar, has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 27 October 2016.
4. Neeraj Kumar. Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned w.e.f. 27 October 2016 due to the appointment of new CFO - Ajay Bansal. Appointment is with effect from 27 October 2016. From now on Neeraj Kumar will see Finance department of the group companies of the Company.
