To acquire share holding in BMM Cements

Sagar Cements announced that a formal Share Purchase Agreement has since been signed with all the shareholders of the BMM Cements to pave way for the acquisition of the entire shareholding in BMM Cements in due course, subject to fulfillment of the various conditions contained in the said Share Purchase Agreement.
