Jenson & Nicholson (India) announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 31 October 2014, Kiran Sahai has been co-opted to the Board as additional director of the Company pursuant to provisions of Section 161 of the Companies Act' 2013 and shall hold office up to the date of next annual general meeting.
