Sakthi Sugars announces appointment of nominee director

Sakthi Sugars announced that Asset Reconstruction Company (India) (Arcil), vide letter dated 02 June 2015, has nominated its Senior Vice President & Group Head, P. S. Ravendernath, as Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the Company pursuant to acquisition by Arcil of the debts of the Company from IDBI Bank.
