Bothra Metals & Alloys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, has approved the shifting of Registered Office within the Local Limits of the City, w.e.f. 01 June 2015

Therefore New Registered office w.e.f. 01 June 2015 is as follows:
