Shah Alloys announces cessation of VP & CFO

Shah Alloys announced that Yashpal Mehta is working as VP & Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Pursuant to requirement of the Listing agreement and Section 203 and any other applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and rule 8 of the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014, Yashpal Mehta shall be discharging the functions and responsibilities of whole time key Management Personnel as VP & Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
