DCB Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

DCB Bank announced that the Bank has allotted 83,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 03 September 2014, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOPs) of the Bank. Post allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 25,07,53,732 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
