Sharp India announced the following:

1. Sanjay Asher has resigned as the Non Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 30 September 2014.

2. Noriyuki Watanabe has resigned as the Non Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 30 September 2014.
