Shiva Global Agro Industries announces change in compliance officer

Shiva Global Agro Industries announced that the Company have appointed Umesh Omprakash Bang as the Company's Compliance officer.

Further, the Company has informed that Umesh Omprakash Bang is a replacement in place of Late Navin Jain who has ceased to be the Company's compliance officer with effect from 04 December 2014.
