ITC allots equity shares

Under ESOS

ITC announced that the Company on 18 December 2014 issued and allotted 86,60,790 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 8,66,079 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 18 December 2014, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 799,54,35,531/- divided into 799,54,35,531 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
