Sun Pharmaceutical Industries announced in reference to the divestment of seven prescription brands in India, owned by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries and its subsidiary to RPG Life Sciences, that the Company has received the approval of the Competition Commission of India and all the necessary formalities for Closure of the said transaction have been completed and the aforesaid transaction has been successfully closed on 21 October 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
