Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) announced that Ereena Vikram, Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company has resigned from office w.e.f. 02 September 2016.Due to her resignation, the Board of Directors of the Company has designated Sanjiv Kumar Tandon, Director as Compliance Officer of the Company.
