Tulsyan NEC announces resignation of director

With effect from 29 May 2015

Tulsyan NEC announced that A. P. Venkateswaran has tendered his resignation letter dated 01 April 2015 intending to resign from the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board took on record the said resignation letter at its meeting held on 29 May 2015 and approved the resignation of A. P. Venkateswaran from the Board of the Company with effect from 29 May 2015.
