Board of Maithan Alloys allots bonus equity shares

At meeting held on 17 July 2015

Maithan Alloys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 July 2015, has allotted 14555775 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid Bonus shares to the members of the Company, in the proportion of 1:1, i.e. One Bonus Equity Share for every one Equity Share held.
