Varroc Engineering launches QIP issue
With floor price of Rs 395.41 per share
Varroc Engineering has launched a QIP issue today i.e. 22 March 2021 with floor price of Rs 395.41 per equity share.The committee of directors (capital raising) will meet on 25 March 2021 to approve the issue price including discount for the equity shares to be allotted to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to the issue.
