Vipul announces appointment of company secretary

With effect from 14 November 2014

Vipul announced that Vivek Chaudhary has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 14 November 2014 and will also act as the Compliance Officer in terms of Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement.
