Sungold Capital announces appointment of company secretary

With effect from 11 November 2014

Sungold Capital announced that the Company has appointed w.e.f. from 11 November 2014, Bhumika Sidhpura as the Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company to act as a Liaison Officer with the authorities such as SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Registrar of companies etc and investors with respect to implementation of various clauses, rules, regulation and other directives of such authorities and investor services and complaints of related matter.
