Womens Next Loungeries appoints director

Womens Next Loungeries has appointed Premila Bhanushali as Women Director on Board as per Regulation 17(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation,2015 for which company has passes circular resolution for such appointment and Majority of directors has approved such resolution.

Company will take this note in the next Board Meeting.
