Yes Bank acquires stake in Institutional Investor Advisory Services

Yes Bank announced that the Bank has acquired 5,00,750 equity shares of Institutional Investor Advisory Services (liAS) from BSE which is equivalent to 5.006% of the paid-up capital of IiAS.

IiAS is a proxy advisory firm, dedicated to providing participants in the Indian market with independent opinion, research and data on corporate governance issues as well as voting recommendations on shareholder resolutions.
