Chloride Alloys India amalgamates with Chloride Metals

Exide Industries announced that pursuant to the provisions of Section 391 and 394 of the Companies Act, 1956, Chloride Alloys India ('CAIL'), a wholly owned subsidiary of Exide Industries is amalgamated with Chloride Metals ('CML'), another wholly owned subsidiary with effect from 01 March 2016.
