Yes Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Yes Bank announced that the Bank has allotted 43, 350 (Forty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on June 14, 2016 under the JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I and PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,20,99,80,910 consisting of 42,09,98,091 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,21,04,14,410 consisting of 42,10,41,441 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
