Outcome of board meeting of TeamLease Services

Held on 13 June 2016

TeamLease Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 June 2016, considered and approved -

1. To incorporate a Wholly Owned Subsidiary by such name as may be made available by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.

2. To appoint M/s. Grant Thornton India LLP as internal auditors of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2017 in place of M/s. Dias and Associates.
