TeamLease Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 June 2016, considered and approved -1. To incorporate a Wholly Owned Subsidiary by such name as may be made available by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
2. To appoint M/s. Grant Thornton India LLP as internal auditors of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2017 in place of M/s. Dias and Associates.
