Special assistance for Bihar, West Bengal

West Bengal and Bihar will get special financial assistance to give a push to the two states, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said Saturday.

Jaitley announced this in his budget speech in parliament while referring to a statement by Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a day earlier.
