Delivery blues

At a time when real estate companies are struggling to deliver projects on schedule, a relatively unknown firm, Bhasin Group, has launched an office-cum-retail project along the Noida Expressway, outside Delhi, with a promise to complete the 33-storey structure in 99 days. If successful, this would be a record of sorts for the real estate market in the National Capital Region. The Bhasin Group is a Ludhiana-based industrial house that entered the real estate sector a few years ago. Construction on the project started on October 21 and the structure would be completed by January 29, 2016, according to the company.
