Puneet Chhatwal says he was and remains a “naughty boy”. That has extended to his management style, which includes frequent teasing and pulling his colleagues’ legs. “If you have any doubts about my naughtiness, ask my mother who is 82 now. She, a retired principal, retains the commanding tone in her voice.
