L K Advani will not attend the Hunkar rally - Narendra Modi's first full fledged public meeting - in Bihar. Why? Ostensibly because the Bharatiya Janata Party has an elaborate programme of public meetings by all its leaders and he will be addressing another public meeting elsewhere in the country - except no one knows where.
