Mobile vs black money

Mobile-based transactions can be a cure for the black money generation that ails the Indian economy, says an expatriate CEO. How does he know this? From visits to antique shops in India, he says, where he sees locals paying by cash in suitcases. Digital high-value transactions would immediately put a stop to the practice and help the tax man too, he says. The question, of course, is whether there are any takers for this simple solution.
