Spoilt for choice

Several real estate firms in Mumbai and Delhi are eyeing projects in Bengaluru after seeing a slowdown in their home markets. But there's a catch.

Real estate players in Bengaluru say that even though the city's real estate market is robust, more choice only brings more problems. "The more projects that customers see, the more they get confused," an industry insider said. "The result is they postpone purchases."
