The Vijay ministry

The ministry of rural development appears to have acquired an inadvertent monopoly on the name "Vijay" - just like Amitabh Bachchan who appeared in about 20 movies with the same name. There are six officers in the ministry who have "Vijay" in their name. According to the ministry's website, they are: S Vijay Kumar, secretary; S M Vijayanand, additional secretary; Vijaya Srivastava, joint secretary; T Vijay Kumar, joint secretary; and A Vijaya Kumar, PPS.
