Who is the real CM?

After a brief quiet period, Lok Janshakti Party chief Ram Vilas Paswan has resumed attacking the Nitish Kumar government in Bihar. He claimed that Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Lalu Prasad was actually the "super chief minister" running the government in the state and Kumar was just "working under" Prasad's aegis. Joining the "jungle raj is back in Bihar" chorus, Paswan alleged that the government was taking no action to control lawlessness in the state and that indicated there was some "connivance".
