13 bullets found under culvert in Salboni
Two days before the panchayat elections in the state, the police today recovered 13 cartridges from a tiffin box kept in a bag in West Midnapore district.
The bag was found abandoned under a culvert in Salboni, a district administration official said.
It does not appear to be linked to the Maoists, the official said adding that investigation is on.
The panchayat election will be held on May 14.
